Position: Lead Infrastructure Engineer for Bridges
Join Egis Canada as a Lead Infrastructure Engineer, focusing on bridge projects across Ontario. This role emphasizes detailed design and project management, ensuring quality in every stage of construction.

The Lead Infrastructure Engineer will play a pivotal role in the bridge team, collaborating with divisional teams throughout Ontario. You will manage engineering products for bridge rehabilitation and new designs, using your extensive expertise to define problems, prepare budgets, and ensure quality control. Expect to work both independently and as part of a collaborative group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering projects from concept to construction

• Conduct structural design calculations and analysis

• Prepare and check models, drawings, and technical reports

• Conduct client interactions and maintain relationships

• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's in Civil or Structural Engineering

• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.)

• 15+ years of experience in bridge design

• Proficiency in Midas and CSiBridge software

• Excellent communication and project management skills
