In this pivotal role within the Paper Mill Division, you will be the key technical lead across multiple sites. Your responsibilities will include optimizing key processes, troubleshooting defects, and supporting operational trials. This position demands strong leadership and analytical capabilities to enhance mill performance successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly oversee fiber-to-reel operations across mills

• Investigate and resolve process-related issues efficiently

• Standardize operating procedures and controls

• Lead trials to assess improvements and outcomes

• Collaborate with Quality to maintain product standards

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or related engineering

• 8–12 years in process engineering with pulp and paper

• Familiarity with production data analysis and SPC

• Proven track record leading trials and projects

• Flexibility to travel between site locations
