Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical leadership on mining and rock mechanics projects
• Guide slope stability and risk assessments
• Review and challenge technical assumptions in analyses
• Serve as a trusted advisor for client decision-making
• Mentor engineers at various experience levels
Requirements:
• Advanced degree in mining or related engineering field
• 15 years of experience in geomechanics or related consulting
• Strong understanding of mining environments
• Experience leading projects and mentoring
• Professional Engineer designation required
