Energy Solutions Manager

Position: Energy Solutions Manager Hydro One
Lead innovative energy solutions at Hydro One Networks in Toronto, ON. This Manager role focuses on EV charging, renewable energy, and technical leadership throughout project life cycles.

As the Energy Solutions Manager, you will develop and deliver integrated energy solutions aligned with Hydro One's growth strategy. Your experience will guide technical analysis, solution design, and impactful communication with stakeholders. This role requires collaboration across various teams to create commercially viable projects that address customer needs while promoting safety and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical analysis and develop business cases

• Create conceptual designs and evaluate project feasibility

• Present insights to senior executives and boards

• Manage project coordination and technical inputs

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field

• 2-4 years in the Electricity Industry

• Experience in technical solutions development

• Proficiency with Excel and Power Point

• Strong analytical and communication skills
