In this senior engineering role at Teva, you'll collaborate with the North America Cluster Leadership Team to influence a multi-site strategy focused on standardization and reliability. You’ll act as the Subject Matter Expert in OSD manufacturing, leveraging your expertise to lead cross-functional initiatives while ensuring compliance and efficiency across manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Global SME for OSD manufacturing in NA & LATAM

• Lead engineering strategies with global stakeholders

• Manage CAPEX processes and budget efficiency

• Drive standardization and reliability improvements across sites

• Build a global engineering community and foster knowledge sharing

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in OSD manufacturing technologies

• Strong background in sterile production processes

• BSc degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical)

• Experience in matrix leadership and cross-functional influence

• Excellent communication skills with senior leadership
