In this pivotal role, you will lead electrical design efforts and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, supply chain, and manufacturing. Your extensive expertise in hardware engineering will influence complex new product introduction (NPI) programs and set technical standards within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technical execution from EVT to MP phases
• Contribute to architecture decisions for new designs
• Own electrical subsystem design and compliance
• Define production test methodologies for new products
• Mentor engineers and elevate technical standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering
• 8+ years in NPI or electrical engineering roles
• Hands-on experience in schematic and PCB design
• In-depth knowledge of electrical standards and compliance
• Proficient with Altium and circuit simulation tools
Utilize your engineering skills to enhance ecobee's hardware initiatives and ensure product excellence.
