• Develop and maintain DFT methodologies and flows

• Integrate custom DFT logic into complex So Cs

• Ensure compliance with industry test standards and specifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline

• 8+ years of experience in Hardware Engineering

• Proficiency in DFT EDA tools and methodologies

• In-depth knowledge of JTAG/BIST techniques

• Experience in automation using TCL and Python
