This full-time position requires a Technical Specialist to lead complex hardware designs and tackle technical decisions. With a focus on Sel Trac systems and railway infrastructure, you’ll collaborate with a team to deliver reliable solutions. Your ability to manage projects and mentor junior staff will be key to achieving project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce complex hardware application designs and equipment layouts

• Lead technical decision-making for multiple projects

• Resolve complex engineering issues effectively

• Ensure project tasks are on schedule and within budget

• Mentor junior team members and enhance knowledge sharing

Requirements:

• 10-12 years of related engineering experience

• Proficiency with CAD tools:
Microstation, AutoCAD

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering

• Strong communication skills for technical documentation

• Familiarity with CENELEC and AREMA standards
