This role involves collaboration with the corporate technical team to enhance performance across Waterton's operating and developing assets. The position calls for deep involvement in both an active Cu/Mo flotation concentrator and a gold heap leach development project. You'll analyze data, optimize processes, and contribute to strategic planning within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide metallurgical support to maximize flotation concentrator performance
• Analyze data to assess recovery, grade, and throughput
• Participate in process optimization and troubleshooting efforts
• Assist with engineering reviews and process flow design
• Collaborate across teams for operational and development success
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering
• 6-10+ years of mineral processing experience
• Familiarity with flotation and heap leach operations
• Strong analytical skills with metallurgical data
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
