Webuild is seeking a Senior Design Manager who will report to the Technical Manager. In this role, you will oversee the technical review of design packages while liaising with procurement, construction, and planning teams. Your expertise in structural engineering will help guide design feedback to ensure integration throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical reviews of design packages and structures

• Liaise with teams to ensure cohesive project execution

• Lead design development of temporary works as a structural engineer

• Interpret geotechnical parameters for structural analyses

• Support construction teams with engineering guidance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, specialization in Structural preferred

• 7-10 years of structural design and construction experience

• Proficient in SAP
2000 and ETABS

• Strong knowledge of relevant design codes and standards

• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
