At WSP, our Resources subsector is dedicated to supporting clients across Canada. Based in Northern Ontario, Greater Toronto Area, or Saskatoon, you will act as a senior subject matter expert for instrumentation and control engineering in both new constructions and brownfield projects. You will lead innovative designs, mentor teams, and engage clients to implement tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design of instrumentation and control systems

• Oversee control philosophies and system architectures

• Collaborate with engineering teams for integrated solutions

• Drive automation and digitalization advancements

• Provide technical leadership and project mentorship

Requirements:

• 18+ years in electrical engineering for industrial facilities

• Degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering

• P.Eng. designation or eligibility in Canada

• Extensive experience in mining or industrial controls

• Strong expertise in PLC, DCS, SCADA systems
