Senior Program Manager for Municipal Infrastructure

TYLin is seeking a Program Manager to oversee extensive municipal infrastructure programs. You will leverage a P.Eng license and ten years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on project management of large budgets. Collaboration is key as you engage with stakeholders and manage both teams and resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute multi-year infrastructure programs

• Provide technical oversight and ensure compliance standards

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively

• Develop and monitor program budgets and contracts

• Identify and mitigate program risks proactively

Requirements:

• P.Eng designation and Bachelor's in Civil Engineering

• Minimum 10 years of progressive engineering experience

• At least 5 years in project management roles

• Expertise in municipal infrastructure design and rehab

• Strong financial and contract management skills
