Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and mentor a diverse team of chip architects

• Define architectures for optical interconnect products

• Lead optimization of Ser Des and optical transceivers

• Collaborate with engineering leaders on project timelines

• Serve as technical liaison with customers and partners

Requirements:

• Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or Applied Physics

• 10+ years of experience in photonics and leadership

• Proven success in chip design and development

• Strong communication skills for technical concepts

• Willingness to travel 30% of the time
