You will serve as the primary engineering interface, ensuring that all payload requirements align effectively with stakeholders' expectations. With a solid background in spacecraft systems or complex payloads, your leadership will ensure seamless integration from concept through to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead payload engineering throughout the mission lifecycle

• Serve as the main interface with customers and suppliers

• Oversee payload requirements and integration planning

• Analyze impacts on spacecraft resources and systems

• Manage payload documentation and verification processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Aerospace, Electrical, or Systems Engineering

• 7+ years in payload engineering or spacecraft systems

• Strong analytical and systems thinking ability

• Experience with customer and supplier collaboration

• Proficiency in engineering tools and documentation
