Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost data and analysis for elevated guideway and station

• Develop and present training classes for team development

• Apply unit rates to quantity takeoffs across disciplines

• Coordinate and prepare monthly invoices and cost reports

• Monitor and control specific applications for performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in project controls

• Skilled in statistical analysis and technical processes

• Proficient in cost analysis and project planning methods

• Strong communication skills in oral and written formats
