At Qualcomm, we're looking for an experienced DFT Engineer to strengthen our Hardware Engineering group. This role focuses on developing industry-leading DFT flows and architecting solutions for complex ASIC and SoC designs. You will work on automating verification processes, enhancing testing, and integrating custom DFT logic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and maintain DFT methodologies for ASICs and So Cs

• Automate RTL for advanced DFT features in projects

• Develop verification test benches for DFT IP

• Implement scan insertion flows and quality checks

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet performance goals

Requirements:

• Master’s or PhD in a relevant engineering field

• 1+ years (Master’s) / 2+ years (Bachelor’s) in Hardware Engineering

• Vast experience with various DFT EDA tools

• Strong understanding of JTAG and BIST techniques

• Experience with custom DFT logic for So Cs
