Rail Infrastructure Structural Engineer

In the position of Structural Engineer with Arcadis, you will play a vital role in the Rail & Transit practice. This includes planning and delivering structural designs for various railway projects and ensuring compliance with relevant codes. You'll also be involved in evaluating existing railway assets and collaborating with diverse teams for effective project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and analyze rail and transit structural components

• Perform condition assessments and structural evaluations

• Draft and review technical specifications and reports

• Coordinate with civil, geotechnical, and electrical disciplines

• Support project delivery through field reviews and client interactions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with Structural focus

• P.Eng. designation or eligibility with the provincial body

• Proven experience in design and delivery of rail systems

• Knowledge of structural analysis for various materials

• Strong communication and technical documentation skills
