Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and bills of materials

• Assess project changes and support negotiations on claims

• Perform cost risk assessment for project contingencies

• Develop and maintain cost estimating procedures and tools

• Present project cost reports to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years in a civil estimating role

• Technical degree or equivalent in a related field

• Strong knowledge of estimating methodologies

• Proficiency in Sage Estimating and MS Office

• Ability to develop detailed cost models for large projects
