Energy Engineer – CDFM – FT Admin – (36365)

The Energy Engineer will support Humber College’s climate action and energy efficiency objectives by identifying, assessing, prioritizing, recommending, and implementing opportunities for energy savings and greenhouse gas emissions reductions across the institution’s building stock of over 3 M ft² on two main campuses.

Minimum Starting Salary: $105,342 per year (salary determined by qualifications and experience)

The Energy Engineer will focus on improving the efficiency of existing building stock, working closely with operations teams, project teams, and capital projects to achieve measurable savings.

• Building Optimization – Identify, assess, prioritize, recommend, and implement energy‑saving opportunities related to operational changes. Engage with operations teams and departments, develop dashboards, and lead the implementation of the Sky Spark platform and Niagara-based energy management systems.
• Energy Projects – Identify and evaluate energy‑saving capital projects, prepare business cases, and act as a resource for planned renovation projects. Manage projects
