Position: Scarborough Mechanical Design Engineer Role

We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to support our residential development projects. You will work on mechanical systems' design, ensuring compliance with building codes while collaborating with teams and external consultants.

Your role will encompass preparing documentation and participating in project coordination through to construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design mechanical systems including HVAC and drainage

• Prepare and review project documentation and specifications

• Collaborate with various engineering disciplines

• Utilize Revit for BIM coordination and CAD documentation

• Conduct site reviews for ongoing projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

• P.Eng designation or eligibility in Ontario

• Experience designing mechanical systems

• Knowledge of applicable building codes and standards

• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills
