Elevate your estimating skills as an Intermediate Estimator in the GTA, working remotely with a dynamic Estimating/Sales team. Focus on project estimations and creative design proposals to win new business.
This role involves collaborating with clients, planning project estimates, and working closely with the design and production departments. You will participate in team meetings, conduct site visits, and play a crucial role in developing key relationships. Your innovative and detail-oriented approach will be essential in achieving project goals and managing client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review architectural drawings and project requirements for accuracy
• Perform material quantity take-offs and cost calculations
• Prepare detailed quotations and proposals for clients
• Coordinate with suppliers for material pricing
• Evaluate project scope and timelines for effective bidding
Requirements:
• 3+ years in construction, preferably with aluminum railings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to support site visits as needed
• Valid driver's license and vehicle access required
