Your role will be vital in transforming existing buildings into adaptive spaces using your technical expertise.
As a leader in our Built Environment Solutions team, you'll evaluate and design solutions for complex building projects across residential and commercial sectors. Balancing multiple projects is key, as well as fostering communication among engineers and architects. You'll also prepare vital reports and guide junior staff with their professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and manage building sciences projects from initiation to completion
• Evaluate buildings to identify enhancement opportunities
• Lead collaborative efforts in engineering and construction methods
• Compile technical reports and feasibility studies
• Mentor junior team members on best practices
Requirements:
• Engineering degree with specialization in Building Science
• At least 10 years managing related projects
• Knowledge of thermodynamics and construction methods
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Reliable transportation required for site visits
