As a Senior Piping Stress Engineer, you will focus on new and existing generation nuclear projects, ensuring high-level integration with systems, structural, and piping design teams. Your responsibilities include reconciling pipe stress reports, preparing analytical evaluations, and offering cost-effective solutions. Engage with various stakeholders, from clients to suppliers, and guide junior engineers through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct piping analysis for nuclear generation projects
• Prepare detailed reports on piping reactions
• Review and recommend piping support systems
• Manage workload to meet project timelines
• Mentor less experienced engineers
Requirements:
• BS or MS in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
• 5+ years in piping analysis and software usage
• Knowledge of ASME piping codes
• Strong communication skills
• Familiarity with piping products
