This role emphasizes the development of civil engineering designs for municipal infrastructure, utilities, and land development. You will also support design, project delivery, and mentorship roles while ensuring adherence to quality and budget standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on civil engineering designs across disciplines

• Prepare design packages including grading and utility layouts

• Mentor junior staff in design and drafting tasks

• Coordinate with municipalities and contractors for project success

• Apply sound engineering principles in roadway and land development

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering;
Master’s preferred

• 3-5 years of relevant civil engineering experience

• Registered Engineer-In-Training or eligible for registration

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar software

• Strong communication and organizational skills
