Position: Hitachi Rail Network Design Intern

This internship invites candidates pursuing degrees in Systems, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or Computer Science. You will contribute to the design and documentation of network solutions while gaining experience in project support activities. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop technical designs based on customer needs

• Document and create network design specifications

• Test and deploy solutions within lab environments

• Engage in vendor selection and technical reviews

• Analyze and support bid proposals and assessments

Requirements:

• Working towards a relevant engineering degree

• Knowledge of networking concepts, including MPLS and VPN

• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages

• Excellent English communication skills

• Must be able to work full-time in Toronto office
