This position centers on the management of the entire project cost lifecycle for large-scale electrical initiatives. Your expertise will guide feasibility studies and procurement strategies, with a focus on maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring project objectives are met efficiently. You'll also play a critical role in mentoring junior consultants during their professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead cost planning and estimating for electrical projects

• Review high-level budgets and feasibility plans

• Validate detailed estimates prepared by junior consultants

• Lead tender evaluations and post-contract cost control

• Mentor junior team members for skill development
Requirements:

• 7+ years of electrical estimating experience required

• Advanced understanding of electrical construction concepts

• Strong skills in communication and problem-solving

• Experience with construction contracts and change management

• Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred
