RF Communications Engineer at NordSpace

Take on a pivotal role as an RF Communications Engineer r work will focus on designing and testing RF systems to facilitate satellite and robotics communication.

This is a full-time in-person position located in Markham. The RF Communications Engineer will be responsible for the development and integration of RF systems across multiple space missions. The role requires expertise in RF hardware design and a strong understanding of communication systems in space conditions, contributing significantly to groundbreaking aerospace projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and analyze RF communication subsystems for aerospace

• Execute performance testing of antennas and RF hardware

• Coordinate with teams for RF integration within spacecraft systems

• Support launch vehicles in telemetry and tracking systems

• Lead frequency coordination with regulatory bodies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees preferred

• 3+ years in RF hardware design and communications

• Knowledge of RF instrumentation and testing processes

• Familiarity with space communication standards and protocols

• Excellent communication and analytical skills
