As a key member of Intersect’s Technical Operations team, you will spark impactful change across operations, engineering, and asset management. Your focus will be on maximizing the availability of solar and battery systems, driving performance analytics, and ensuring compliance with ERCOT regulations. The work you do will lay the foundation for innovative energy solutions and drive the success of our clean energy portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and enhance operational performance platform
• Build accurate fleet performance and operational reports
• Monitor fleet performance and identify efficiency issues
• Lead technical investigations to reduce operational risks
• Support ERCOT compliance and market readiness strategies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field
• 5–10 years in solar, battery storage, or grid operations
• Familiarity with ERCOT market and telemetry requirements
• Strong skills with SCADA and energy management systems
• Ability to drive continuous operational improvements
