Process Engineer Americas

Position: Process Engineer for Primero Americas
Contribute to Primero Americas as a Process Engineer, specializing in mineral processing plant design and implementation. Engage in design calculations and flowsheet development in a collaborative environment.

This integral role reports to the Process Engineering Manager and seeks professionals with a Process, Chemical, or Metallurgical Engineering Degree. Successful candidates will possess 4 to 8 years of experience in mineral processing, metal refining, or related fields, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop process flow diagrams and P&IDs

• Support equipment selection and planning

• Provide guidance to engineering teams

• Propose metallurgical solutions and modifications

• Manage test work and plant performance assessments

Requirements:

• Process/Chemical/Metallurgical Engineering Degree

• P. Eng license registration preferred

• 4 to 8 years' relevant experience

• High level of analytical ability

• Solid understanding of HSE principles
