Position: Technical Leader for Bridges at Stantec
Lead the Bridges discipline at Stantec as a Technical Leader with a focus on technical excellence and quality across projects. Drive innovation and establish standards while collaborating with project delivery teams.

In the role of Technical Leader, you will report to the Project Delivery Business Leader and enhance technical practices within the Bridges discipline. Your expertise will be vital in developing strategies that ensure project quality and technical oversight. Work closely with Regional Delivery Leaders to address complex projects and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish discipline-specific technical standards and QA/QC processes

• Provide oversight and guidance on complex projects

• Collaborate with delivery leadership and support project teams

• Lead resolutions for technical issues and risk mitigation

• Foster a strong technical community within the discipline

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical discipline

• 15+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure

• Recognized expertise in the Bridges discipline

• Proven track record in technical leadership

• Ability to influence across regions and teams
