Position: Engineering Lead for Track Systems
Take charge of technical oversight as the Engineering Lead for Track Systems at SYSTRA Canada. Leverage your engineering expertise to enhance transit system safety and performance across multiple contracts.

This senior role focuses on asset management for various transit systems, such as GO, LRT, and subways. As the lead for Rapid Transit Engineering & Asset Management, you'll assess compliance with engineering standards, oversee technical work, and guide field inspections. Your expertise will shape effective remediation strategies for asset maintenance and defects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert technical support and compliance verification

• Oversee contract delivery of engineering works

• Coordinate technical standards and assurance initiatives

• Manage testing, commissioning plans, and supplier contracts

• Lead improvements in internal processes and practices

Requirements:

• University Degree in Engineering or related experience

• Minimum five years in asset class or related engineering roles

• P.Eng designation or C.E.T. certification preferred

• Experience with project and vendor management

• Proficient in engineering software and compliance standards
