WSP is on the lookout for a Senior Signaling Engineer who will play a key role in our Rail & Transit team. Reporting to the Rail Systems Engineering Manager, you will lead the mentoring of junior staff, oversee project execution, and ensure design compliance. Your rich experience in signaling will be crucial for successful delivery of rail system projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead development of rail signaling systems
• Validate signaling calculations and design specifications
• Provide oversight of circuit designs from internal and external teams
• Create compliant signaling systems reflecting rail industry standards
• Guide junior engineers in their technical and career growth
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related area
• P.Eng. licensed in Ontario or eligible for registration
• Minimum 10 years in Rail Systems Engineering
• Deep knowledge of conventional signaling systems
• Proven ability to lead teams in project settings
