Instrumentation & Control Engineering Lead

WSP seeks a Lead I&C Engineer based in Ontario—preferably in Northern Ontario, Greater Toronto Area, or Saskatoon. You will act as an engineering specialist in instrumentation and control systems, guiding project teams and clients to innovate and enhance operational efficiency. Your leadership will foster a culture of safety, compliance, and strategic engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver advanced control systems

• Lead control philosophy and specification development

• Partner with multidisciplinary engineering teams

• Drive innovation in automation technologies

• Provide mentorship and conduct quality reviews

Requirements:

• Over 18 years of experience in industrial design

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or related Engineering

• P.Eng. designation or qualification in Canada

• Experience in mining and heavy industry

• Proficient in automation control systems
