This role demands a strong technical leader responsible for a portfolio of engineering projects, ensuring effective systems integration and technical integrity. You'll act as the principal technical authority, guiding engineers through project execution, risk management, and customer interaction. Your insights will shape the design and development processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technical reviews and risk assessment meetings
• Ensure proper interface control across subsystems
• Oversee test plans and validation criteria
• Drive engineering work package management
• Support proposal developments and cost estimations
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field
• Minimum 15 years of relevant engineering experience
• 3 years of project management background
• Proven record in technical risk mitigation
• Master’s Degree in relevant engineering discipline preferred
