Position: Lead Electrical Engineer Team Greater

Our client seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to spearhead their new Electrical Engineering department. In this unique role, you will blend technical expertise with leadership, overseeing project delivery and maintaining high standards. Your entrepreneurial spirit will guide the growth of a skilled team while actively mentoring and developing junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and lead the Electrical Engineering department

• Provide oversight on electrical building systems projects

• Ensure project schedules, budgets, and expectations are met

• Conduct rigorous QA/QC reviews of engineering deliverables

• Design and review electrical systems, including power and safety

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering

• P.Eng. designation in Ontario or eligibility

• 10+ years of Electrical Engineering consulting experience

• Proven leadership in electrical design projects

• Strong understanding of electrical codes and standards
