This full-time role requires demonstrated experience leading structural engineering projects and mentoring teams. You will conduct assessments, analyze designs using various materials, and ensure adherence to building codes. Your ability to manage client relationships and multidisciplinary teams will be crucial as you navigate project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead planning, analysis, and delivery of engineering projects
• Conduct structural assessments and prepare technical documentation
• Review and seal engineering calculations and designs
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders
• Mentor and develop engineering teams for optimal performance
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation
• Minimum 10 years of progressive consulting experience
• Proven leadership in project management
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills
