You will support the growth of the Toronto office by designing and detailing structures for various industries, including Healthcare and Education. This collaborative role requires planning projects with consultants, reviewing site conditions, and ensuring compliance with design specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute designs for new buildings and structural modifications
• Coordinate with Electrical and Mechanical consultants
• Prepare comprehensive tender documents and reports
• Detail structures using calculations and computer modeling
• Provide oversight during construction and site reviews
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering specializing in Structural Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in structural engineering
• Experience with design software such as RAM STEEL and SAFE
• Familiarity with lateral models preferred
• Valid driver’s license and comfort with heights
