Webuild is looking for an experienced Senior Design Manager to report to the Technical Manager on a groundbreaking infrastructure initiative. You will play a vital role in reviewing design packages and providing strategic feedback to ensure cohesive collaboration among various teams. Your technical expertise will guide the creation of robust structural designs while leading meetings and discussions with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct design package technical reviews for compliance

• Liaise with cross-functional teams for project alignment

• Lead the engineering of temporary works and structural designs

• Evaluate geotechnical parameters for integration into designs

• Guide on-site teams with technical support and advice

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with Structural focus

• 7-10 years of structural design and construction experience

• Proficient in structural analysis tools like SAP
2000

• In-depth knowledge of industry design codes and standards

• Experience in DJV environments and temporary works design
