In this role, you will leverage your extensive design knowledge of water supply and sewer systems while collaborating across teams in Ontario and beyond. As a Senior Engineer, you will provide leadership, manage project delivery, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Your ability to foster client relationships will be key in addressing critical project challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate civil design efforts across multidisciplinary teams

• Ensure the technical scope meets program and budget constraints

• Mentor Junior and Intermediate staff effectively

• Participate actively in client meetings and discussions

• Analyze information for continuous process improvement

Requirements:

•

B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university

• P. Eng license with Professional Engineers Ontario

• At least 10 years of technical design experience

• Experience in Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build projects

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
