WSP is seeking a Metallurgy Team Leader to drive engineering projects and metallurgical studies.

Your role will involve mentoring metallurgists, building client relationships, and contributing to business development activities. With over 15 years of experience, you will ensure high-quality deliverables and compliance with industry standards while acting as a Qualified Person (QP) for technical reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor metallurgists to ensure technical excellence

• Manage metallurgical studies for mineral processing facilities

• Build strong client relationships to understand project needs

• Review and approve metallurgical process deliverables

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for project success

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering

• 15+ years in metallurgical process design and consulting

• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation

• Proven experience in business development and client engagement

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
