Senior EHV Transmission Line Engineer

This hybrid position requires three in-office days weekly, offering a chance to lead the design of transmission lines ranging from 69kV to 765kV. You will serve as a subject matter expert for 500kV and 765kV lines, oversee design compliance, and prepare technical reports. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design of 69kV to 765kV transmission lines

• Mentor and train junior engineers to enhance skills

• Ensure compliance with specifications and client requirements

• Conduct independent reviews of calculations and drawings

• Prepare clear technical reports and studies

Requirements:

• BS degree in engineering from accredited program

• 12 years of experience in transmission line design

• 3+ years specializing in 500kV or higher

• Proficiency in PLS-CADD software

• Knowledge of NESC, IEC, and IEEE standards
