As a Senior Advanced Drone Operator specializing in RPAS and Reality Capture, you will bring your deep understanding of UAV technology to drive exceptional outcomes. You will oversee the delivery of LiDAR, photogrammetry, and thermal datasets while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence. This role also involves mentoring junior operators and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to tackle complex challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead advanced RPAS operations on diverse geospatial projects
• Deliver high-quality datasets for infrastructure and environment
• Transform geospatial data into engineering-ready deliverables
• Ensure accuracy through rigorous QA/QC processes
• Mentor junior team members and enhance team capabilities
Requirements:
• Degree in Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of UAV operations experience with 500+ flight hours
• Expertise in enterprise UAV platforms and flight planning
• Strong knowledge of GNSS/GPS systems and validation
• Advanced skills in LiDAR and photogrammetry
