Position: Senior Pavement Engineer for WSP
Join WSP as a Senior Pavement Engineer and lead innovative pavement solutions for infrastructure projects across Western Canada. Collaborate with talented professionals in a flexible work environment.

In this role, you will impact the performance and sustainability of key transportation infrastructure. You’ll ensure high-quality design and regulatory compliance while applying advanced methodologies like Mechanistic-Empirical Design. Your leadership will foster team growth and enhance client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Author technical reports and pavement designs for safety and efficiency

• Execute pavement investigations for informed design choices

• Mentor and develop junior engineers to foster excellence

• Strengthen client relationships through effective communication

• Coordinate field investigations for vital infrastructure data

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering with P.Eng. designation

• Minimum of 5 years in pavement engineering or related areas

• Proficient in industry-standard design tools

• Strong background in pavement assessments and standards

• Travel within Canada required
