Custom Layout Specialist Position

In this role at Cadence, you will focus on implementing high-speed and high-accuracy designs while working closely with teams around the globe. This position requires 3-10 years of custom layout experience, along with coding skills and a comprehensive understanding of layout impact on circuit performance. You will partner with circuit designers and R&D teams to refine industry-leading tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute high-quality cell and block implementations

• Build advanced layouts for new foundry nodes

• Partner with international layout design teams

• Support circuit designers to meet technical requirements

• Contribute to layout editing tool enhancements

Requirements:

• Required BSEE or MSEE degree

• 3-10 years of custom layout expertise

• Familiarity with Cadence Virtuoso a plus

• Knowledge of analog techniques and layout impacts

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
