This senior role requires an experienced professional focused on advancing the safety engineering activities of the Urban Rail Signalling business line. You will be responsible for conducting hazard analyses and defining robust safety requirements, while promoting a culture of safety excellence. Your collaboration with an integrated project team will be essential in developing safety-critical systems and ensuring they meet industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage safety engineering operations per best practices
• Conduct HAZID, HAZOP, and other safety analyses
• Define and assess safety compliance throughout projects
• Create and review Safety Case artefacts
• Communicate safety strategies to project teams
Requirements:
•
B.Sc. in Electronics, Computer Science, or equivalent
• 10+ years in a senior role in safety-critical systems
• Knowledge of signalling systems and software engineering
• Extensive experience with safety standards and risk analysis
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
