In this pivotal role, you'll leverage your expertise, overseeing the design and integration of instrumentation control systems (ICS) for municipal water facilities. Collaborate with project management and engineering teams to produce detailed system drawings like Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and SCADA architecture. You'll also ensure effective communication throughout all design phases, reinforcing project objectives and schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of technical drawings and design documentation
• Prepare project specifications and technical reports
• Oversee ICSc design team coordination
• Engage in client and contractor meetings
• Conduct site inspections and construction support
Requirements:
• P.Eng. or LET designation in Ontario preferred
• 10+ years in municipal water and wastewater systems
• Expertise in PLC and SCADA design and integration
• Strong electrical control standards knowledge
• Proven mentoring skills with junior engineers
