We are looking for an engineer with strong fundamentals to contribute to projects involving fitness for service, including advanced fracture mechanics assessments. In this role, you will be integral in evaluating integrity through extensive analyses and leading multidisciplinary efforts. Your expertise will support vital energy and utility applications while fostering a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess structural integrity using finite element analysis
• Lead fracture mechanics evaluations for nuclear components
• Perform detailed ASME Code analysis and documentation
• Develop analytical programs to enhance investigation processes
• Write comprehensive technical reports on findings
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field
• 3 to 6 years of experience in related roles
• P. Eng designation preferred
• Familiarity with ASME Section III and CSA standards
• Proficient in software like AutoPIPE and CAESAR II
