Lead innovative customer hardware engineering initiatives as Director of Customer Engineering nsform strategic customer needs into precise specifications for advanced AI silicon solutions.
As the Director of Customer Engineering, you play a pivotal role managing technical relationships with customers and Field Application Engineers (FAEs). Your expertise will bridge customer architectures and Tenstorrent platforms, ensuring optimal performance of AI models on our silicon. You will collaborate closely with hardware and software teams to tailor NEO silicon configurations, align engineering specifications, and oversee RTL changes to meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own technical relationships, converting high-level asks to specifications

• Coordinate NEO silicon configurations with teams

• Oversee RTL changes and NEO customizations

• Ensure collaboration between customer and internal teams for delivery

• Influence product roadmaps via customer feedback
Requirements:

• Strong communication skills for alignment on technical goals

• Systems thinking to understand RTL impacts on customer solutions

• Proven experience in RTL, verification, and physical design

• Leadership in customer-facing technical roles
