Senior Design Manager at Engineering Services

Take on a pivotal role as Senior Design Manager in the Gateway Program at Engineering Services Canada. This position emphasizes leadership in engineering design and stakeholder management.
As part of the Engineering Management Centre of Excellence, you will oversee multi-disciplinary design processes for large capital projects. Responsibilities include coordinating design standards, managing the pre-construction phase, and providing expert advice to clients and stakeholders at various levels.

• Oversee initiation of multi-disciplinary design standards

Requirements:

• 10+ years in airport infrastructure project management

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D

• Exceptional communication and engagement skills

• Proven experience with strategic reporting

• Degree in engineering or architecture required
