Position: Lead Signaling Engineer at WSP, Ontario
Be a technical leader at WSP as a Senior Signaling Engineer in Toronto, Ontario. Your expertise will contribute to safe, innovative, and efficient rail infrastructure across Canada.
In this crucial role, you will guide the development and implementation of signaling solutions for various transit projects. Reporting to management, you will mentor junior engineers, ensure design integrity, and interface with clients to overcome complex engineering issues. Your extensive experience in rail systems will be pivotal in maintaining compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and execution of rail signaling projects

• Evaluate and approve documentation for signaling solutions

• Conduct thorough technical checks of design work

• Develop compliant signaling schemes aligned with industry regulations

• Mentor junior engineers and ensure quality deliverables
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related area

• At least 10 years of relevant experience

• P.Eng. license in Ontario or active EIT status

• Strong knowledge of signaling systems and codes

• Ability to lead and manage engineering teams
